Returns and Exchange

• Return Policy: You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
• Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will guide you through the process and arrange for a return pick-up or advise you on the next steps.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
